- As the first point of contact for HR support in the Americas region for current and former employees, the primary responsibility is to resolve questions and issues related to the HR life cycle.
- This requires the ideal candidate to engage with Intel employees through various communication channels such as chat, email, and phone to successfully and thoroughly investigate and resolve the employee issue while providing superb customer service.
- The role requires extensive research of relevant guidelines while also staying actively engaged with the employee to ensure they are handled with care during the entire process.
- For more complex queries, the ideal candidate will be required to work across multiple teams to successfully resolve the customer issue.
- In the role, you are encouraged to share ideas to continuously help improve the organization by enhancing processes, customer engagement, and cross organizational collaboration.
- The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and willingness to work with ambiguity.
Requirements

- Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field with at least 2 years schoolwork experience.
Nice to Have
- 3+ months of knowledge or experience in: Customer service and/or contact center experience.
- HR tools such as Workday, Service Now, or SQL.
- MS office package Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
