• Key Responsibilities - Research, analyze, and interpret technical information to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation aligned with products. - Create user guides, application notes, manuals, product descriptions, and promotional materials to support product launch and lifecycle. - Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather and validate technical content. - Simplify complex concepts into comprehensible content tailored for diverse audiences, ensuring appropriate syntax, style, and grammar. - Define, manage, and deliver documentation projects, prioritizing tasks in line with business goals, product release cycles, and customer requirements spanning different geographical locations. - Maintain content quality by conducting thorough reviews to ensure adherence to standards for graphics, layout, style, and terminology. - Optimize existing content based on customer feedback and product updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance. - Support the creation of illustrative materials, including drawings, diagrams, and schematics, to enhance technical content.
