About This Role

• The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Supports the development and execution of business strategies that aid the long-term growth for business unit(s).
• Helps determine plausible targets and define the strategic roadmap to achieve those targets.
• Monitors and benchmarks the company's strategic performance by gathering data from various sources such as internal and external stakeholders, market research, and due diligence.
• Tracks key market trends and competitors to gain a better understanding of current business model and its strengths, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Assesses their products, target audience, and competition to develop solid competitive advantage.
• Works with project/cross functional teams and ensures that all agreed business strategy projects are progressing and delivering desired results on time and in budget.
• Delivers effective reports on market assessments, growth plans, financial data models, go to market proposals and other written products to represent the company in internal as well as external meetings.
• Builds business cases and review documents via high-quality longform written narratives and secures buying of senior leaders and stakeholders.

• A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits: Strong ability to conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with project management systems and practices for tracking progress and compliance.
