• Key Responsibilities Govern global industrial hygiene programs and ensure alignment with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update industrial hygiene standards, guidelines, tools, training materials, and compliance resources Interpret industrial hygiene regulations, internal standards, and program requirements and translate them into practical site-level expectations.
• Partner with site EHS, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders to close compliance gaps and strengthen controls.
• Lead or contribute to technical forums, lessons learned, and cross-site knowledge sharing Provide technical guidance to support compliance assurance activities, investigations involving exposure concerns, industrial hygiene deviations, or control failures.
• Verify program effectiveness and compliance through dashboards, metrics, compliance data, and trend analysis; escalate gaps and emerging risks as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, benchmarking, and shared learning across sites.
