About This Role
- The Role and Impact The Finance Team supporting BackEnd Foundry plays a vital role in ensuring the financial stability and efficiency of the factory's operations.
- This specialized team is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the manufacturing processes, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting specific to the factory's needs.
- Our team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join as a Finance Analyst supporting ATM and WPM Manufacturing.
- This position will be the primary Finance support for forecasting and financial close for ATM and WPM.
- The position requires you to: • Support business by pre-close activities and closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts that are consistent with the business objectives of the organization • Partner with the rest of the Back End Finance team as well as site Operations • Keep Intel legal, and completing financial process requirements • Own and drive process efficiency and improvement, develop performance metrics and analytics and identify and influence cost reduction • Drive system automation and business process efficiency improvements • Requires thorough working knowledge of finance, accounting and business analysis Additionally, specific responsibilities include: • Coordinating all Budget Planning and Close activities • Providing strategic finance support to Operations Managers • Drives cost reduction strategies and interfaces with local factory levels of management, customer finance and division finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/BS degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or related fields with a Bachelor's degree, or 0-2 years of experience with a Master's degree. - Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights. - Adept in using enterprise financial systems and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with diverse teams and leadership. - A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for identifying and driving process improvements. - Experience in capital expenditure assessment and financing options. - Strong business acumen and an understanding of industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
