About This Role
- Join Intel as a Finance Student and gain a unique opportunity to contribute to our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPnA) function.
- In this role, you will support the preparation of financial forecasts, perform variance analysis, and help evaluate key business performance metrics.
- You will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that directly influence Intel's operations and decision-making.
- Working closely with finance professionals and operational teams, you will develop practical insights into how finance supports business performance at scale.
- Key Responsibilities Support FPnA processes by preparing financial reports and analyses to evaluate business performance.
- Assist in variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and management, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the preparation of forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Document financial results, methodologies, and key findings to enable clear and structured communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal and external financial standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous learning and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 6 semesters remaining until graduation.
- Availability of at least 27 hours per week, including 18 hours on-site at the Kiryat Gat campus.
- Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong system aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new tools and applications.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
