About This Role

• In this position, you will support the Finance team in providing financial analysis, reporting, and business insights that enable effective decision-making.
• You will gain exposure to finance operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Key Responsibilities : • Support monthly financial close and variance explanations. • Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports summary and presentations. • Support budgeting/forecasting activities. • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities. • Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives. • Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and reporting standards. • Participate in ad-hoc projects and business analysis assignments.
