- The Role and Impact As a Factory Planning Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in shaping Intel's operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

- Key Responsibilities - Conduct data-driven analyses to evaluate and optimize supply chain schedules, forecasts, materials, build plans, and capacity requirements. - Develop and execute short-term and long-term inventory strategies to meet customer demands for revenue and warranty requirements. - Perform scenario planning for engineering processes, product strategies, and inventory optimization, delivering actionable insights for business decisions. - Collaborate across cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues, ensuring efficient flow and depth of inventory. - Analyze demand and supply risks, providing recommendations to mitigate constraints and optimize supply-demand balancing. - Plan, prepare, issue, and control supply chain schedules and materials requirements while ensuring alignment with overall business strategies. - Coordinate seamlessly with suppliers to enhance material management and supply chain performance. - Evaluate and recommend capacity adjustments to support evolving business needs while maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related specialized field. - 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or optimization with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with a Master's degree. - Proficiency in production planning systems and supply demand analysis tools. - Strong technical expertise in data analysis and supply chain planning solutions.

- Advanced degree in a relevant field or additional certifications in supply chain management. - Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence business outcomes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and optimize operational strategies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and strategies to stakeholders at all levels. - Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
