- The Role and Impact As a Facilities Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of managers, engineers, and technicians responsible for ensuring the structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental integrity of Intel's corporate facilities.
- You will oversee building and facilities maintenance across multiple sites, driving operational efficiency, safety, and reliability.

- The group ensures the operational excellence of Intel's facilities, enabling teams to focus on advancing technology and driving results.
- Key Responsibilities Lead a team of managers, engineers, and techs to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems across multiple facilities.
- Manage capital equipment installations, subcontracted services, and supplier relationships to support facility infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Develop plans, RFQs, RFIs, and specifications to meet client needs and ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Facilitate communication and address emergencies impacting facility operations promptly.
- Write project scopes of work, prepare project drawings, and maintain accurate records while managing financial aspects such as budgeting and invoice processing.
- Direct workflow for contract project managers assigned to various installations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Drive consensus and recommendations through effective negotiations and collaborative discussions.
- Execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans for projects within your scope.
- Oversee safety measures, reliability, and cost-effective operations while supporting construction ramps and factory commissioning.
- Enable team success by setting clear goals, maintaining accountability, and applying performance management strategies to drive results.
- Inspire and develop team members while fostering Intel's values and creating a productive work environment.
- Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in facilities systems management, including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget preparation, financial analysis, and project execution.
- Proven ability to manage subcontracted services and supplier relationships effectively.
- Experience in developing project documentation, including scopes of work, RFQs, and specifications.
- Preferred Skills & Experience Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive consensus in complex situations.
- Excellent communication and team-building capabilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in change management strategies and communication plans for large-scale projects.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field Experience in facilities engineering, building operations, or project management Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience OR a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience OR a PhD with 6+ years of experience.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $191,220.00-269,950.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
