About This Role
- The Role and Impact We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team.

- The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless employee volunteering program management.
- Build relationships for positive corporate reputation with all stakeholders including local communities, civil society, NGOs, government and education bodies.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communications with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate and support logistics for team meetings, events, and special projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Maintain and organize files, documentation, and records for easy accessibility.
- Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and implement innovative solutions for community impact.
- Support procurement and expense management, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
- A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing professional correspondence.
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social impact or related field.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience supporting multiple team members or providing administrative support in a corporate environment.
