About This Role
- Position Summary The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in expanding the effectiveness and capacity of the Executive Team (ET) administrative community.
- This position will report to and provide high‑level administrative support to the EVP, Chief Legal & People Officer, and partners closely with the broader ET admin team.

- Responsibilities Provide advanced administrative support to senior and executive‑level leaders, regularly handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage complex calendars and provide real‑time scheduling support, including booking meetings, resolving conflicts, and reprioritizing as business needs evolve.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda support, stakeholder coordination, and accurate documentation of meeting minutes.
- Serve as a central coordination point for phone calls and communications, ensuring timely connection with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including complex itineraries, visas, welcome letters, and related documentation.
- Support events and face‑to‑face meetings (FTFs), including logistics coordination and preparation.
- Process expense reporting and support purchasing and financial transactions as required.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data and materials to support executive decision‑making and document review.
- Act as a trusted communication channel and information resource for executive team members, including guidance on policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the ET administrative community, providing support to the Chief Legal & People Officer and broader leadership team as needed.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and executive presence when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of related administrative experience, including experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience working with purchasing platforms, and financial systems.
- Proven experience managing complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple critical activities simultaneously.
- Positive energy, enthusiasm, sound judgment, and strong critical‑thinking skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with executives and employees at all levels within a global organization.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $91,750.00-177,230.00 USD (Hourly Role) The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
