• Key Responsibilities - Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to support integrated circuit production. - Conduct detailed tests and measurements to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity across the process line. - Recommend and implement process modifications to enhance production efficiencies and manufacturing techniques. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals. - Collaborate with global counterparts to develop, transfer, and align critical equipment and process parameters for successful factory ramp-ups. - Manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment readiness and operational reliability. - Detect and address discrepant materials or equipment activities to prevent excursions. - Oversee equipment installation, conversion, and qualification processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. - Provide training and mentorship to manufacturing teams, enhancing technical competency and operational excellence.
