• Key Responsibilities Quality Management (Primary Focus): Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Plans for semiconductor construction projects Build holistic quality programs through prevention, appraisal, and failure analysis Lead quality investigations and manage third-party quality resources Ensure robust quality inspections and maintain tracking mechanisms with monthly KPI reviews Drive cost reduction efficiencies with trades, project teams, and stakeholders Champion safety Culture of Care across all business environments Construction Project Management: Plan and deliver multi-million-dollar construction projects from initiation through closeout Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and contracting strategies Ensure compliance with Construction Management Practices and standard operating procedures Coordinate across multiple disciplines including mechanical, electrical, architectural, and process systems Partner with Tool Install, Facilities Operations, and Factory teams to achieve integrated project objectives As a successful candidate, you possess: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities Strong negotiation and conflict management skills Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to mitigate issues before they occur Leadership capabilities to manage diverse, cross-functional teams Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills Commitment to quality excellence and "right first time" mentality Champion of safety culture throughout project lifecycle Collaborative team player with ability to drive project deliverables Ready to build the future with Intel?
