About This Role
- In this exciting position, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing and maintaining Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi Connectivity Tests and it's automation.
- Your contributions will directly support the advancement of wireless connectivity solutions and the creation of cutting-edge WCS products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Design, and Pre-Silicon Validation, you will improve Post-Silicon Automation Test infrastructure and provide valuable feedback for debug features.

What You'll Do
- Create, define, and enhance system validation environments and test suites.
- Executes Bluetooth/WiFi validation and testing on hardware and software products, including routers, access points, Bluetooth and client devices.
- Execute various Bluetooth/WiFi performance and stress tests.
- Identify, reproduce, and report software and hardware issues related to Bluetooth/WiFi Tests.
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for validating Bluetooth/WiFi functionality and interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, software) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze and interpret test results, creating detailed bug reports and documentation.
- Assist in the development of automated test scripts and tools to improve test efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Bluetooth/WiFi standards and incorporate them into testing processes.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and identify issues in complex systems.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical from a reputed college 1+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Foundational or Working knowledge on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Profile/Stack/Firmware Validation Experience with test automation and scripting (Python) Familiarity with different operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS) Hands-on experience with network protocol analyzers (e.g., Ellisys, Wireshark) Exposure in WLAN Coex/OEM/IOP tests with Bluetooth Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Knowledge about Gen AI Agents and it's integration with validation tasks.
- Soft skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
