- Join our dynamic Channel Sales team as a Channel Program Manager for Intel's CRetail (Component Retail) program.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive a key channel incentive program that connects Intel's cutting-edge CPUs with DIY enthusiasts and gamers through authorized consumer-facing retailers.
- Key Responsibilities Own and manage the CRetail program budget, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment Develop comprehensive understanding of Intel's product portfolio, sales strategy, and go-to-market priorities Plan and execute key sales cycles and promotions including Gamer Days, Back to School, and Black Friday campaigns Build deep knowledge of Intel's desktop product roadmap while collaborating with Business Unit leaders Manage end-to-end CRetail program operations including account onboarding, contract setup, and program terms Perform hands-on analysis of sales-out data to identify trends and produce regular performance reports Lead cross-functional stakeholder management across sales, marketing, finance, legal, and regional teams Support sales promotion bundles in partnership with various business groups As a Successful Candidate, You Possess: Exceptional relationship-building abilities with multiple stakeholders Strong analytical mindset with proven track record managing through ambiguity Genuine desire to learn Intel's business processes and systems Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with executive-level presentation abilities Meticulous attention to detail with results-oriented focus Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments Problem-solving excellence with synthesizing complex information into clear messages If you're passionate about driving channel success in the semiconductor industry and want to make a meaningful impact at Intel, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, or a related field or 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, analytics, sales operations, business process design, or supply chain management in lieu of the degree.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience or knowledge with: PowerPoint skills.
- Intel's Desktop CPU business and its priorities.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $116,790.00-197,980.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
