About This Role
- The Role and Impact We are seeking a motivated Cloud Systems and Solutions Engineer to design and develop innovative cloud and AI systems that integrate software, firmware, board, and silicon, SoC components.
- In this role, you will focus on delivering technical solutions that address customer requirements and system implementation challenges, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Your contributions will directly impact Intel's ability to provide cutting-edge cloud infrastructure solutions that meet dynamic industry demands.
- Business Group You will be part of Intel's Data Center Group, a group focused on enabling advanced cloud infrastructure by developing optimized and integrated systems across hardware and software.
- This team plays a critical role in delivering high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions that empower Intel's customers and strengthen Intel's leadership in cloud and AI technologies.
- Key Responsibilities - Enable and optimize Intel Cloud and AI server and rack platforms for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications based on customer needs. - Debug and resolve system-level issues across hardware and software, and deliver end-to-end solutions, integrating hardware and software components seamlessly. - Support fleet quality improvement and performance optimization. - Develop automation and AI-driven engineering solutions. - Contribute to innovation projects involving Cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in systems integration gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
- OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python. - Fundamental understanding of computer architecture, microarchitecture, and system integration concepts. - Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and debugging, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues. - Strong interest in Cloud and AI systems, computer architecture, microarchitecture, or Agentic AI. - Nice to have at-scale solution development, diagnose, debug, management skill or knowledge (CPU, GPU, IO) Discover the opportunity to make an impact on cutting-edge cloud infrastructure solutions while working alongside a team of passionate innovators.
