- Key Responsibilities - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions. - Conduct repairs, adjustments, and assembly of manufacturing tools using blueprints, manuals, and technical diagrams. - Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance to enhance operational performance and reliability. - Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify and address tool and module-related issues. - Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate service and repairs for maintaining optimal equipment function. - Document system performance, generate reports on equipment failures, and update specifications to drive system improvements. - Partner with engineering teams to implement configuration changes, conduct experiments, and gather controlled data. - Support the installation and conversion of manufacturing tools during factory ramp-ups, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
Requirements
- Technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, or equivalent education. - Proficiency in operating production equipment or automated systems. - Basic computer skills for documentation and data collection. - Familiarity with quality control processes and manufacturing standards. - Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and complete certifications within specified training periods.
