• Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement analog circuits for advanced process nodes focused on high-speed 112/224Gbps SerDes Design, including TX, RX and PHY clocking circuits. - Perform circuit design, parameter extraction, and analog behavior modeling to meet circuit and block microarchitecture specifications. - Create and execute test plans to validate functionality, reliability, and performance of designs, ensuring compliance with specifications. - Optimize circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and leakage while addressing trade-offs in circuit design. - Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to design circuits that deliver robust functionality and superior electrical capabilities. - Conduct detailed validation, including post-silicon testing and debug, and support high-volume production readiness. - Utilize industry-standard tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE simulators, and extraction tools for design and verification. - Continuously improve design methodologies and contribute to enhancing processes for greater efficiency and innovation. - Drive technical discussions, report progress, and resolve performance and design issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
