• Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and Intel policies. - Support statutory audits by coordinating with auditors, preparing schedules, and delivering required documentation for financial statements. - Manage month-end accounts, ensuring accuracy, resolving variances, and providing actionable insights. - Prepare governmental filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Develop and maintain finance policies, procedures, and internal controls to align with accounting standards. - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Tax, Legal, and HR to meet financial compliance deliverables. - Contribute to global and local projects related to financial system optimization, process simplification, and legal entity restructuring. - Support SAP S4 implementation through design, testing, and configuration.
