What You'll Do

• Test Strategy & Governance Follow and enhance the enterprise test strategy, standards, and governance models.
• Leverage risk-based testing approaches across programs and releases.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise quality and audit standards.
• Drive the team to accomplish stage gate standards to gauge readiness to progress to the next phase of the assigned projects Leverage lessons learned to systematically continuously improve governance documents and methods to be applied to future projects for improved results Required Skills & Qualifications • Extensive experience with 8-10 years leading enterprise-scale testing programs • Deep ERP testing and CI/CD DevOps knowledge • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Stakeholder Communication & Executive Engagement • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, including executive leadership, program sponsors, business process owners, IT leadership, and delivery teams. • Translate complex testing concepts, risks, and quality metrics into clear, concise, and actionable insights tailored to the audience. • Lead executive-level quality reviews, including release readiness, risk assessments, defect trends, and mitigation strategies. • Proactively escalate quality risks with context and recommended actions to support informed decision-making. • Build strong relationships across global, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
• Quality Metrics, KPIs & Performance Accountability • Define, implement, and govern enterprise-level testing KPIs aligned to quality, delivery, and business outcomes. • Ensure testing teams are driving toward agreed quality goals with clear accountability and ownership. • Leverage Tricentis qTest to provide transparent, timely, and accurate quality reporting. • Establish a metrics-driven quality culture using data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities. • Embed quality metrics into program governance, release decisions, and retrospectives.
