What You'll Do

  • Program Execution Track development lot progress across multiple quantum programs.
  • Coordinate experiments, split lots, and characterization activities.
  • Drive closure of action items arising from technical reviews.
  • Support execution of customer demonstrations and development milestones.
  • Manufacturing Coordination Interface with Fab8 and Fab9 engineering organizations.
  • Support readiness reviews for tools, materials, metrology, and process flows.
  • Identify schedule risks and escalate issues to project leaders.
  • Cross-Functional Communication Participate in meetings with modality teams, AME organizations, and manufacturing groups.
  • Maintain execution dashboards and project status reporting.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices.
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Required Qualifications: Associates Degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline. 3+ years semiconductor manufacturing or technology development experience.
  • Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.

  • Expected Salary Range $69,000.00 - $120,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
