• Your Job Overall responsible for Facility plant operations for respective Fabs To lead, liaise, assist and coordinate with all FMS staff and ensure that issues/complaints are attended and responded timely.
• Respective Fab FMS staff shall update on any issues faced by them for any guidance or manpower/logistics requirements during the shift.
• To ensure optimum usage of manpower, logistic/resources for respective Fabs To ensure incident escalation procedures are followed up correctly.
• To escalate Fab impact incidents to Facilities key personnel.
• And also to help respective Fab FMS on incident investigation.
• To highlight and represent all Fab operational issues in daily pass down meeting and follow-up the issues with respective System Engineers.
• To work as an ERT member and ensure that Plant Emergency Response Procedures are followed all the time.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
