What You'll Do
- Support quarterly (and, over time, monthly) execution of intercompany calculations across cost-plus, resale, profit-split, and cost-sharing arrangements, including related journal entries, IC invoices, and true-ups.
- Extract entity-level P&L and balance-sheet data from FCCS; ingest budget/forecast data from the LRP and Anaplan; cleanse, map, and reconcile datasets for margin and true-up calculations.
- Assist in building and refreshing the Transfer Pricing Analysis (TPA) model that translates business projections into expected statutory PBT by entity and feeds Corporate Tax's interim provision and ETR forecast.
- Build, enhance, and document Alteryx workflows that automate the full data lifecycle; leverage Power BI/Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint, and OneStream where appropriate.
- Assist in preparing master file, local files, intercompany disclosure forms, and CbCR data in accordance with OECD guidelines and local-country requirements; coordinate with external advisors.
- Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation to satisfy SOX controls and internal/external audit requirements.
- Support ongoing transfer pricing audits and controversy matters through data gathering, financial and economic analyses, and drafting responses to information requests.
- Assist Legal and the TP team in reviewing and updating intercompany agreements to align with policy, business operations, and financial results.
- Partner with Corporate Tax, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and regional tax teams across U.S., EMEA, and APAC time zones.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Business, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Excel (dynamic arrays, LET/LAMBDA, SUMIFS/INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong attention to detail; analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English; ability to work across U.S., EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Nice to Have
- Either of the following backgrounds: Track A (Preferred) — Public accounting / law firm: 1–2 years in the transfer pricing practice of a Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a large global/regional accounting or law firm (e.g., Forvis Mazars, RSM, BDO, Grant Thornton, Moss Adams, Baker McKenzie).
- Exposure to TP documentation (local files, master file, CbCR), benchmarking studies, and intercompany calculations.
- Familiarity with U.S. and OECD transfer pricing principles.
- Familiarity with SOX controls and audit-ready workpaper standards a big plus.
- Progress toward CPA/CA/EA or master's in tax a plus.
- Track B — Industry: 1–3 years on a company's accounting, finance, treasury, or tax team, ideally at a multinational.
- Working familiarity with Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI (or Tableau).
- Exposure to intercompany accounting, financial consolidation (FCCS, HFM, OneStream), or planning tools (Anaplan) a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SOX controls a big plus.
- Genuine interest in transfer pricing and tax technology.
- Expected Salary Range $59,000.00 - $118,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
