Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or in related fields. 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources function or related fields.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS.
  • Preferably with prior working experience using ServiceNow, Workday, SAP Ariba or Oracle systems.
  • Preferably with prior working experience in a HR Shared Services function supporting APAC region.
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Meticulous and good team player.
