• Master's or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR 18+ years in Software Engineering/related field with progressive leadership scope. · Familiarity with AI-native technologies and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and how to evaluate them at an organizational level · Experience establishing MLOps practices and model automation standards across multiple teams · Experience directing retrieval-augmented generation strategy (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom RAG architectures) · Experience in semiconductor, EDA, or related deep-tech industries · Exceptional stakeholder management, organizational design, and change-management skills · Strong strategic planning and business acumen, with experience tying engineering investment to customer and revenue outcomes Expected Salary Range $193,000.00 - $319,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
