What You'll Do
- Set up, execute, and analyze reliability testing for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies, including periodic reliability monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement hardware and software solutions for reliability characterization.
- Develop wafer-level and package-level reliability test methodologies and corresponding test programs.
- Prepare technical reliability presentations, support customer visits, and participate in reliability risk assessment discussions.
- Required Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Reliability, Device physics, or Semiconductor testing.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes .
- Knowledge of MOS device physics and reliability statistics .
- Preferred Skills and Attributes Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight project timelines.
