- Introduction: The job involves process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes.
- The candidate should have good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.
- Exposure to high voltage device development will be an added advantage.
- The candidate should also have a good understanding of design of experiment for process development.
- Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to this job.
What You'll Do
- Execute engineering splits on development lots Device testing and report generation Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process/reliability issues Own lots while learning the HV specific process/device development.
- Support high voltage test structure layout, device optimization.
- Qualifications & Experience s: Degree/master’s in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Material Science 2-3 years of process integration / technology development experience Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.
