Senior Engineer Reliability

What You'll Do

• are to collaborate with the Fab and Technology Development teams, and perform Reliability test structure design, testing, analysis/risk assessments and design rule proposals.
• Essential Responsibilities: Design FWLR test structures for Reliability testing.
• Have ownership of the definitions, documentation and maintenance of test procedures, test findings & tools, plus training of the Reliability staff.
• Execute benchmarked FWLR reliability test plan for new process evaluation, Process Reliability Monitoring (PRM) programs, change requests and line issues.
• Support customer engagement in Reliability aspects, provides reliability presentations for customer visit and audits.
• Participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers.
• Drive for effective CA/PA on FWLR reliability failures.
• Required Qualifications: Education/Experience – Bachelor/master's in engineering or science.
• Min 4 years of experience Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, etc., is an advantage.
• Knowledge of process integration and CAD tools are an advantage.
