Requirements
- Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Materials Science, Physics, or related field ( Master’s or PhD preferred) 15+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams in a high-volume fabrication environment Technical & Leadership Competencies Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies (e.g., CMOS, RF, analog/ mixed-signal ) Deep expertise in process engineering, equipment engineering, and maintenance Proven experience driving operational excellence in manufacturing (yield, cost, cycle time, productivity) Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical strategy into operational results Leadership Profile Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline Influential leader capable of driving alignment across matrixed global organizations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with customers and senior executives Proven ability to build trust and lead through change in complex environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in 200mm fab manufacturing environment Experience with ramp of new technolog ies Background in specialty technologies (e.g., GaN, RF, power, automotive) Prior experience in a global semiconductor foundry Expected Salary Range $198,000.00 - $333,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
