Senior Analyst, Commercial Sales & Operations

Qualifications

• Expert-level Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, semantic models, governance, and performance optimization.
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, enterprise data architecture, and modern BI platforms.
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Experience building enterprise analytics ecosystems that support governance, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled insights.
• Strong understanding of commercial and sales performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and executive reporting.
• Proven track record of converting complex data into actionable business insights that drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Architecture, or related disciplines. 5+ years of advanced Power BI development experience within enterprise environments.
