RF Technology Development Integration Engineer - SMTS

Nice to Have

• 7+ Years of Experience in Silicon or SiGe BiCMOS or RFSOI FEOL or BEOL processing and/or semiconductor process development Experience of leading a device or process development project Understanding of semiconductor device physics, RF device behavior, and RF characterization techniques (e.g., S-parameters) is a plus.
• Experience in process optimization, yield enhancement, reliability qualification, and root-cause analysis methodologies.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, energetic, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience interfacing with customers and presenting technical results to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment with minimal supervision Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments Expected Salary Range $118,000.00 - $210,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
