What You'll Do
- Develop test programs; maintain existing and new test capabilities to support reliability assessments using C#, Python, C++, and related tools.
- Perform wafer-level and package-level reliability testing including HCI, BTI, TDDB, and EM.
- Execute electrical measurements using semi-automatic and fully automatic probers.
- Manage test schedules, priorities, and resources to ensure on-time completion of qualification activities.
- Drive operational efficiency through standardization and automation.
- Manage equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and Quality Management System requirements.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Continue to develop and grow through training, mentoring, and learning opportunities offered by GLOBALFOUNDRIES.
- Required Qualifications: Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field from an accredited degree program.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
- Experience in semiconductor device characterization or reliability engineering (including internships/co-ops where applicable).
- Hands-on experience with Cascade/Accretech probers and Agilent/Keithley testers.
- Proficiency in Visual Basic, C#, and C++.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device operation and reliability failure mechanisms.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience with device reliability testing and lab equipment.
- Hardware test program development.
- Solid understanding of reliability physics and reliability test-program development.
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, competitions, or campus activities.
- Project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills. #NCGProgramUS Expected Salary Range $58,400.00 - $100,800.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
