What You'll Do
- Portfolio Execution Leadership Lead execution across multiple quantum modalities, including: Spin Qubit Ion Trap Superconducting Topological Photonic platforms Ensure alignment of development priorities with manufacturing capability and business objectives.
- Manufacturing Readiness Leadership Establish readiness criteria for all quantum development programs.
- Drive tool, process, metrology, and operations readiness.
- Lead manufacturing risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Cross-Modality Integration Transfer learning and best practices between modalities.
- Standardize execution methodologies and governance processes.
- Facilitate coordination between platform and modality teams.
- Strategic Partnership Act as the primary execution partner to: Quantum Modality DRIs Quantum AME Leadership Fab8 AME Leadership Fab9 AME Leadership Drive resource prioritization and escalation resolution.
- Governance and Metrics Develop portfolio-level execution metrics.
- Lead executive reviews of program status, risks, and readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the QTS organization.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Required Qualifications: BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline. 8+ years semiconductor technology development, process integration, or manufacturing engineering experience.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations and technology development.

- Expected Salary Range $98,000.00 - $176,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
