What You'll Do

  • Analyze wafer start plans, WIP movement, and production schedules.
  • Monitor planning KPIs such as cycle time, fab output, and backlog-to-start (BTS).
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate with Fab Operations, Central Supply Planning, Business Finance and Engineering teams.
  • Support data validation and process automation initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, or other analytics and AI tools.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management at the end of the internship.
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Required Qualifications: Education – Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations Management / Data Analytics / Manufacturing Engineering, or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
  • Available for a 16–24 week credit-bearing internship commencing January 2027.

Nice to Have

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing planning, supply chain, or semiconductor operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
