What You'll Do
- Integration Ownership Lead execution planning for assigned quantum programs.
- Drive alignment between modality roadmaps and manufacturing capability.
- Develop integrated schedules, risk assessments, and readiness plans.
- Manufacturing Readiness Own readiness reviews for: Process flows Tool capability Materials qualification Metrology capability Reliability plans Ensure development lots are prepared for successful execution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Lead technical coordination meetings.
- Drive issue resolution across organizations.
- Facilitate communication between Product Development, Quantum AME, Fab8, and Fab9.
- Continuous Improvement Develop standard work for quantum development execution.
- Capture and transfer learning between modalities.
- Improve development cycle time and execution efficiency.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Required Qualifications: Associates Degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline. 5+ years semiconductor integration, process engineering, or technology development experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and process integration.

- Expected Salary Range $85,000.00 - $146,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
