What You'll Do
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications : Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent. >5 year’s relevant experience for PhD, >8 years for Degree/Masters.
- Wafer Fab device engineering ownership experience is required, preferably in RF devices.
Nice to Have
- Strong in semiconductor device physics.
- Knowledge of RF fundamentals (e.g.
- S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure) is a plus.
- RF test experience in on-wafer measurements and setup of test equipment (e.g. probers, semiconductor device analyzers, network analyzers) valued.
- Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
