- Introduction The MTS - Integration engineer will be responsible in driving a differentiated technology (eNVM) development through various maturity milestones (from proof-of-concept to ready-for-production) by meeting the requirements for electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability, and customer specifications and contribute to GlobalFoundries' corporate objective to be the leader in providing solutions to customers.
- Your Role To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements To work with different teams (process module, device, reliability, product engineering & fab operation) to develop and qualify new technologies/processes To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
- To work with device, DM, GRV teams define and validate proper design rules for new technologies.
- To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues.
- To interact with customers to enable new technologies to customers’ products design.
- Education Requirement Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent; Good Knowledge in device physics and process integration will be an advantage Minimum 7 years of Semiconductor manufacturing / development related experiences.
- Process Integration experience will be an advantage Experiences in CMOS devices and process integration, eFlash device, eflash reliability, eflash process integration, eflash testing, will be an advantage.
- Experience in CMOS, or eflash development or new technology introduction and certification will be an advantage.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills Can-do and good team spirit for tasks assigned.
- Demonstrated ownership of the assignment given Strong motivation in self-learning With paper publications and Patents will be additional advantage.
