Member of Technical Staff (MTS) Product Developent

What You'll Do

• Able to lead a PI task force as a technical lead.
• Coaches and mentors less experienced staff; influences others as a technical leader.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Familiarity with reliability testing and failure analysis specific to NVM devices.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and yield enhancement strategies.
• Required Qualifications : PhD / Masters /Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics/ Material Science / other engineering At least 8 years’ experience in Semiconductor Process Integration, and management but not limited to Experience with embedded NVM technologies such as eFlash, NOR Flash, MRAM, or RRAM is highly desirable Customer engagement skill a plus Process device and module experience would be an added advantage and desirable Strong leadership qualities.
• Good communication skills with an open attitude as team player Strong technical knowledge and good decision-making skills Excellent analytical and optimization skills Coach engineers in advance skills and manage with trust and respect Fluency in English Language – written & verbal Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Spotfire) and statistical techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) and technology transfer is a plus.
