Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years in industry OEMs or semiconductor fabless, foundry or IDM companies Experience with system-level robotics and industrial automation architectures, including controllers, drives, sensing, connectivity, and power subsystemsand component selection Strong understanding of the Robotics ecosystem including silicon vendors, system integrators, technology partners and OEMs in Greater China Experience in system-level analysis and comparison with the ability to decompose and analyze complex systems Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with international and diverse teams and with multiple levels of management.
Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required, written & verbal with strong analytical skills Travel - Up to 50% travel required.

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering; and/or MBA Deep domain experience in robotics or IoT verticals like consumer electronics, industrial automation, or medical devices Established relationships across the robotics & industrial ecosystem, including OEMs, system integrators, technology partners, and end customers, are a plus.
Strong understanding of electrical systems in Physical AI applications Compute architectures (ARM Cortex-M, RISC-V), CPU/IP ecosystems Sensing, motor control and actuation platforms Power management and distribution Evaluate system trade-off for low-power, connected, and physical AI systems.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.
