Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
- Expert-level experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native application architectures.
- Strong expertise in enterprise security architecture, authentication, authorization, and secure integration patterns.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise APIs and integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
Nice to Have
- Advanced experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka or Redpanda.
- Experience with large language model (LLM) platforms, generative AI technologies, and agentic workflow frameworks.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar AI development platforms.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise-scale AI applications or autonomous agentic systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of observability, governance, risk management, and cost-control practices within cloud environments.
- Demonstrated success in establishing engineering standards, reference architectures, and technical governance frameworks.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
