Engineer, Process Engineering (Diffusion)

About This Role

• Responsible for combination of process and equipment engineering supporting production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager: Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release Create, analyze and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity) Perform process matching between equipment's to reduce variations for better tool matching Identify chronic issues, establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution Work with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.
