Engineer

About This Role

• Design and characterization of devices to meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Design of new test structures and implementation of test methodologies Working with Modeling engineers to produce good device models Working with TCAD engineers to predict device split results Detailed analysis of E-Test data and characterization results Interact with internal & external customers and respond to customers’ technical queries.
• Education Masters/Bachelor in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent Field of specialization: Microelectronics Experience Knowledge in semiconductor device layout and design rules Knowledge in detailed electrical characterization of devices.
