What You'll Do
- Collect, organize and review partner and sales opportunity data using Excel, dashboards and AI-assisted tools to support data integrity and business analytics.
- Interview stakeholders and observe system workflows to create simple process maps, job aids and first drafts for team review.
- Support improvements to the partner web portal by documenting needs, testing updates and tracking open items with Sales Operations and GF IT.
- Research potential partners and summarize key findings for team discussions and decisions.
- Use data and AI-assisted tools to prepare insights, presentations and summaries for sales funnel reviews, partner business reviews and leadership updates.
- Help create and maintain partner training and communication materials using AI-assisted tools.
- Own one well-defined project from start to finish and present results and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Required Qualifications: Education – At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Economics or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal) Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

- Prior related internship or co-op experience Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
- Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong planning & organizational skills Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow documented processes.
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to ask questions of senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage more than one assignment and flag priority conflicts early.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills to form a point of view from data or process information.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, Power Platform or SQL is an advantage.
