What You'll Do
- Assist attorneys and paralegals in all aspects of supporting GF sales transactions and nondisclosure agreements.
- Analyze customer contract drafts, draft agreements, and obtain information necessary to complete contract documentation.
- Participate in internal business reviews and support contract negotiations with GF customers.
- Support special projects related to commercial agreement templates, contract playbooks, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Required Qualifications: Education – Actively pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree through an accredited law school and must have completed the second year of law school before the internship start date.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
- Knowledge of U.S. contract law.
- Excellent legal research, legal writing, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal) Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

- Prior related internship, legal clerkship, or co-op experience Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
- Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
