Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field. +5 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, commercial operations, finance, program management, or related role.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and experience building dashboards or reports using Power BI, Tableau, CRM data, or similar tools.
- Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and ability to connect data to business actions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Experience documenting, managing, or improving business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize insights, recommendations, risks, and next steps clearly for business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, sales operations, partner programs, or commercial operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Power Query, SQL, workflow automation, or process improvement methods.
- Experience supporting partner onboarding, incentive programs, contract tracking, or cross-functional business operations.
