Associate Engineer - Factory Automation Engineering

What You'll Do

• Perform shift duties to support CIM Applications & Users- Provide Level 1 Support; trouble shoot & resolve CIM related issues following SOPs; Applications include MES, CMMS, RMS, SPC, FDC and EI Proactively monitor status, availability and performance trends of CIM Applications and Servers Detect and respond to issues promptly Log and categorize all issues timely and accurately Attend to assigned CIM Work Requests Perform acceptance tests for CIM enhancements Participate in CIM projects Other Responsibilities: Other Responsibilities Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer & Communications Engineering, Computer or Applied Science or related fields.
