What You'll Do
- This position is ideal for someone passionate about power-efficient mobile systems, high-performance analog blocks, and robust mixed-signal verification methodologies.
- You will also be responsible for RTL design and integration of digital blocks.
- Responsibilities include micro ‑ architecture development, RTL implementation, simulation debug, synthesis support, and collaboration with verification and physical tasks.
- Essential Responsibilities : Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuits including LDOs, bandgaps, oscillators, and switched-cap circuits,etc.
- Develop and execute mixed-signal verification plans using SystemVerilog, Verilog-AMS, and behavioral modeling.
- Collaborate with digital, layout, and system teams to ensure seamless AMS integration and top-level functionality.
- Perform corner, Monte Carlo, and transient simulations to validate design robustness across PVT.
- Support lab bring-up, silicon debug, and correlation of post-silicon results with simulations.
- Contribute to DFT/DFM strategies, including analog test hooks and production test plans.
- Participate in tapeout execution, including LVS/DRC signoff and layout supervision.
- Required Qualifications : BSEE/MSEE in Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design and verification.
- Strong understanding of low-power design techniques, power management circuits, and SoC integration.
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS Designer, and mixed-signal simulation tools.
- Experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog-A/AMS, and scripting languages like Python or TCL.
- Familiarity with advanced CMOS nodes and layout-aware design.

- Experience with digitally assisted analog design and background calibration.
