Senior Field Operations Representative

Overview

• Key Job Duties are: - Accurate and timely entry and processing of all order types resulting in license delivery.
• Ensure all approvals required are received in advance of the completion of any transaction.
• Assure full compliance with all Order guidelines prior to submission via Sales Force Dot Com for approval and processing of transactions for assigned customers/territory - Work independently to provide full Customer Service to assigned accounts/territory including contract Lockdown, Remix, Compliance issues, licensing and control of company assets.
• Work effectively cross functionally with multiple departments including Finance, Legal, Order Management, Credit and Sales to assure compliance with all company business guidelines.
• Report suspected abuses to management.
• Monitor all activity of the sales order system and provide assistance to other Field Order Representatives on the global team if requested.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing of new System enhancements.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of tools and Sales Force Dot Com - Candidate must be available during peak work times such as each quarter close, shut down periods and work with management and local U.S.
• team to provide coverage as needed.
• Back up other team members upon needs.
• Weekend support only for the emergency situation.
• work with different working partner SF, Legal, trade team, credit, logistic, Dublin om, finance team to resolve operation related issues.
• Support adhoc requests if any We’re doing work that matters.
• Help us solve what others can’t.
