Principal Product Engineer

Overview

• Data Platform Product Engineering Role: Collaborate with product management to define the strategic roadmap Work in partnership with product managers to technically validate the product roadmap and strategy Reimagine existing legacy design flows using state of the art web, cloud and service-oriented technologies ranging from library management, schematic, PCB manufacturing and supply chain.
• Define and validate user flows for applications connected to the data platform Identify customer problems then define next generation applications/services to extend the data platform to solve those problems Work with customers to validate solutions, refine requirements and guide technical approach.
• Engage directly with R&D as a product owner as part of an agile development team.
• Use experience in both electrical, PCB layout and supply chain to create next generation use models for our customers Work collaboratively, in a cross functional PE team to insure smooth use cases across the design process while identifying new opportunities to improve the cadence solutions.
• Assist in technical field enablement, thru early product demos, training, and best practices.
