About This Role

• Summary Work with the Cadence global IC design team that develops semiconductor IP for the top electronic product companies in the world.
• This design activity is taking place on leading edge semiconductor processes using the latest industry tools and methodologies.
• As Technical Quality Engineer you will work with the design teams, CAD and methodology teams, and engineering management to help ensure that we are constantly improving our processes and working to deliver the highest quality product to our customers · Job Description Requirements Education : BSEE Experience : 5+ years Hands-on experience in one or more areas of analog or digital IC design or verification.

• As Technical Quality Engineer you will work with the design teams, CAD and methodology teams, and engineering management to help ensure that we are constantly improving our processes and working to deliver the highest quality product to our customers Responsibilities: Actively participate on the global IP Quality Team Help define and implement a robust quality management plan Drive continuous quality improvement throughout the organization Reach across the design organization to implement improvements to flows and procedures Perform Root-Cause-Analysis and identify Corrective Actions Assist design teams in preparation of Failure Analysis reports Generate quality metrics and defect metrics.
• Analyze trends and report to management.
• Define and maintain quality procedures for the design organization Maintain quality certifications such ISO9001 and ISO26262 Monitor and educate the team on correct use of bug tracking systems Hold project post-mortem reviews and communicate results Support participation in external semiconductor foundry quality programs · · Additional Job Description Requirements: Education : BSEE Experience : 5+ years Hands-on experience in one or more areas of analog or digital IC design or verification.
